Examples of responsibilities:
· Assembly of all the required backup documents, data entry of invoices and prepare checks to vendors on a timely basis.
· Reconcile vendor statements and generate/formulate internal reports to managers
· Respond to vendors with any questions and research/reconcile as needed.
· Maintain vendor account and vendor files in good order and actively seek out potential areas of improvements.
· Maintenance of spreadsheets for various payments and discrepancies.
· Special projects.
Requirements
· Proficiency in computers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and Accounting Software).
· Minimum of 2 years of prior work experience in related field.
· Good written and verbal communications skills.
· Friendly demeanor and detail oriented.
· 10-Key by touch.
