Accounts Payable Specialist – Automotive Dealership Group

Join our multi-franchise automotive group in Massillon, Ohio as a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist! This role keeps our dealerships running smoothly and is a stepping stone for growth in dealership finance.

What You’ll Do

• Process vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payments accurately
• Match invoices to POs and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain records and assist with month-end close
• Support other accounting/admin tasks and learn dealership finance systems

Who You Are

• 1–3 years of AP or accounting experience
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Proficient in Excel; DMS (CDK) experience is a plus
• Excited to grow and advance within a dealership team
