Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Executive – Accounts Payable with 3–10 years of experience in managing the end-to-end AP process, preferably with exposure to US accounting standards and construction/development projects. The ideal candidate will have strong vendor management, reconciliation, and compliance skills, with the added advantage of familiarity with Hyphen BRIX and BuildPro platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable cycle for US entities including invoice validation, coding, posting, and payments.
- Perform 3-way matching (PO, GRN, and Invoice) and ensure compliance with company policies and US GAAP.
- Handle construction-related vendor payments, subcontractor billing, and project-related cost allocations.
- Review and process invoices in compliance with tax requirements (sales/use tax, WHT, etc.) and contractual terms.
- Reconcile vendor statements and AP sub-ledger with GL; resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and site teams to validate construction/project invoices.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals, reclasses, and AP schedules.
- Assist with audit requirements (internal, statutory, SOX, tax audits) by preparing reconciliations and supporting documentation.
- Monitor aging reports and cash flow requirements, ensuring timely vendor payments and strong vendor relationships.
- Identify and drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements for AP efficiency.
Preferred Skills & Tools:
- Strong knowledge of US Accounting principles and AP processes.
- Hands-on experience in construction/real estate development accounting.
- Proficiency in ERP/AP systems; exposure to Hyphen BRIX and BuildPro is a strong advantage.
- Advanced Excel and reconciliation skills.
- Familiarity with multi-entity, multi-currency transactions is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3–10 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, with at least 2+ years in US Accounting.
- Construction or Real Estate Development industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work with cross-functional and international teams.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
