Accounts Payable Specialist - KOC Central Business Office

We are currently seeking a full time Accounts Payable Specialist who is committed to providing superior service and eager to grow within a highly respected orthopaedic practice at our KOC Central Business Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sorting, scanning, bathcing and processing incoming documents

  • Sorting and batching incoming mail for revenue cycle payment processing
  • Review, process, and approve invoices and credit memos daily for multipel companies
  • Review vendor statements for discrepancies
  • Assist in document management workflow in SmartClient/Doclink software
  • Process monthly credit card statements and weekly check runs for multiple companies
  • Assist in vendor and EFT maintenance
  • Additional administrative and ad hoc tasks assigned

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associates degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Past experience working in orthopaedics and/or healthcare field preferred
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, managing high volume effectively
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and problem-solving skills to adapt to changes
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and adhere to policies for safety, conduct, and appearance
  • Must be able to work in multiple systems (ERP, Payroll processor, and various financial applications) and have beginner-level Microsoft Excel experience
