Accounts payable for 6-8 active land development jobs and 6-10 general contracting jobs concurrent on average.

Code, enter, and manage Utility payments

Responsible for the coding, entering, and payment of bank interest statements.

Prepare and maintain reports and schedules as needed.

Update Job Information in Quickbooks

Required Experience and Education:

Minimum 3 years of experience with Bachelor's Degree or Minimum 5 years experience with no Bachelor's Degree.

Knowledge of financial reporting, accounting theory and practice. Strong knowledge and experience in the use of Microsoft products especially Excel. Quickbooks. Report writing.
