As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented Remote Assistant to join our finance team and support our accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

Job Description:
As an AR/AP Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our company by assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and bills. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a virtual team.

Key Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.

Review and verify invoices and vendor bills to ensure compliance with company policies.

Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documentation.

Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding financial inquiries.

Support the finance team with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable (preferably in the construction or transportation industry).

Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

A high level of integrity and professionalism.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
