What You’ll Do – A Day in the Life:
You’ll join a busy, supportive team that keeps our operations running smoothly — with a strong emphasis on billing, payments, and account tracking. Your work will be hands-on, visible, and valuable. Responsibilities include:
· Process vendor invoices for operating expenses and ensure they are properly coded for payment.
· Match purchase orders and delivery receipts to vendor invoices for accuracy.
· Reconcile monthly credit card statements and verify receipts and approvals.
· Assist with filing, data entry, and simple accounting tasks during month-end close.
· Schedule and dispatch mechanics for maintenance and repair jobs.
· Update service schedules, track job progress, and communicate changes to the field team.
· Answer incoming calls and assist customers with professionalism and care
· Assist with general office functions and support special projects as needed
What We’re Looking For – Skills to Help You Succeed:
· A high school diploma or equivalent
· Some prior experience in an office or customer-facing setting preferred
· Strong computer skills – we are a Microsoft Office shop (Word, Excel, Outlook), Business Central experience a plus
· Comfortable working with numbers and interested in learning basic accounting and reporting
· A friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor
· Clear communication skills – both written and verbal
· Reliable, punctual, and ready to take ownership of your work
· Curiosity and a desire to learn – we’ll teach you the rest!

· $25/hour with 40 hours/week and occasional overtime (Monday – Friday; 6:30am – 3:30pm)
