POSITION TITLE Accounts & Purchase Officer

Reports To Accounts Manager

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented Account cum Purchase Executive who will manage day-to-day accounting activities, handle purchase operations, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounts & Invoice Management : Prepare and issue sales invoices, tax invoices, and proforma invoices

Verify purchase invoices and ensure accuracy as per GST normsMaintain invoice records, billing registers, and supporting documentsManage accounts payable and receivable

Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance documentation (Optional)Coordinate with consultants as required (Optional) Purchase

Raise purchase requisitions and prepare purchase orders (POs)

Maintain vendor master data and purchase documentation

Track inventory, purchase costs, and invoice matching Administration

Handle day-to-day office administration activities

Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teamsSupport HR/admin tasks such as Reimbursement etc

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

Strong knowledge of invoice preparation and billing processes

Understanding of basic accounting principlesFamiliarity with GST invoicing and compliance

Good communication and coordination skillsProficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally / ERP)Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask QUALIFICATIONBachelor’s degree in Commerce

2–3 years of experience in accounts, purchase, invoicing, and admin roles

PREFERRED

Hands-on experience with Tally, SAP, or similar accounting software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,222.77 - ₹20,000.00 per month
