Accounts & Purchase Support Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Inventory Executive to support our accounts, purchase, stock, and billing operations. The ideal candidate should be systematic, accurate, and willing to learn. Freshers with strong basic accounting knowledge are also welcome to apply.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Support

  • Record customer payment receipts in the system
  • Maintain proper documentation of payments received
  • Follow up with customers for pending payments
  • Coordinate with the sales team regarding outstanding collections
  • Assist in customer account reconciliation

Purchase & Inventory Support

  • Enter purchase invoices accurately into the system
  • Maintain proper purchase records and documentation
  • Update stock entries and monitor stock movement
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Coordinate with store/warehouse team for stock verification

Billing Support

  • Assist in preparing customer invoices when required
  • Ensure billing accuracy (rates, GST, item codes, quantities)
  • Support coordination between accounts, sales, and warehouse during dispatch

Requirements

  • B.Com / Commerce background preferred
  • 0–3 years experience (Freshers can apply)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Knowledge of Tally or similar accounting software preferred
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills for payment follow-ups
  • Experience in building materials / sanitaryware industry is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
