Key Responsibilities: Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time Follow up on collections and maintain aging reports Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies Coordinate with sales and operations regarding billing matters Prepare related reports for management Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable Experience in service companies is a plus Strong knowledge of accounting principles Very good Excel skills Good communication and follow-up skills
