ViaLighting is a leading provider of innovative architectural lighting solutions, headquartered in Riyadh, operates as a specialized Lighting Design and Consulting studio with expertise in strategic design consulting and value engineering.

ViaLighting is seeking a highly skilled, ambitious and detailed oriented Accounts Receivable Accountant professional to join our finance team in Lebanon.

This role requires a dynamic professional who can ensure accurate billing, efficient collections, and proper client account management, and demonstrate the capability and leadership potential growth.

Main Roles & Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable (Primary Role)

• Issue accurate invoices to clients in line with contracts and delivery confirmations.
• Record customer receipts and reconcile payments with outstanding invoices.
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collections and manage overdue balances.
• Prepare and maintain Aging Reports to track outstanding receivables.
• Communicate proactively with clients regarding overdue or missing payments.
• Resolve customer billing issues and disputes in coordination with sales and operations teams.
• Maintain updated client records and documentation.
• Prepare regular AR reports for management to support cash flow planning.

Financial & Accounting Support

• Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports, including revenue tracking.
• Support the Accounting Manager in cash flow management and bank reconciliations.
• Contribute to tax and zakat reporting by ensuring accurate recording of receivables.
• Support project accounting by ensuring client billing aligns with project progress.
• Collaborate with auditors by providing accurate AR records and supporting documentation.
• Participate in developing and enhancing financial policies to strengthen revenue cycle management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/ACCA/CMA is a plus).
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, with strong expertise in accounts receivable .
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax/zakat requirements in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships professionally.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and achieve collection targets.
