Accounts Receivable Analyst

Extreme Auto Transport is a leading logistics company with over 25 years of experience in the auto transport industry. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in managing the financial operations that keep our business moving.

The Accounts Receivable Analyst will be responsible for managing incoming customer payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing to maintain healthy cash flow. Key duties include applying customer payments, reconciling accounts, monitoring AR aging, resolving customer payment queries, and performing data analysis to identify trends and potential issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile and post customer payments through SAP
• Reviewing paid documentation through customer portals, analyze information, and retrieve Extreme's relevant information through Magnus
• Communicate with customers on outstanding invoices
• Work alongside parent company on VIN audit holds in operating system iTMS and submit applicable missing invoice data as necessary
• Rating special moves in iTMS
• Prepare/ Monitor AR aging and work directly with Operations team on outstanding invoices
• Recordkeeping and filing
• Support CFO/ accounting team for month-end and ad-hoc projects
• SAP BP management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• ability to work 100% in office out of Duluth, GA.
• Detail-oriented and ability to think critically and ask questions
• Diligent and self-motivated team player
• Dependable and able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suites
• Ability to pay attention to details and act with discretion, tact, and professionalism in all situations
• Be able to demonstrate research and problem-solving skills
• SAP experience is plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
