Job Summary

We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable & Customer Master Executive to support our finance operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia . The role focuses on AR tracking, collections follow-up, cash flow reporting, and accurate customer information registration for our client.

Key Responsibilities

• Track AR aging reports, apply payments to customer accounts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Perform collections activities, including sending reminders, negotiating payment plans, and escalating cases when needed, aiming to achieve KPIs (e.g., 98% invoices collected on time).
• Generate monthly/quarterly reports on AR status, cash flow projections, and bad debt provisions.
• Collect and input all required data for new customers into the system as per internal procedures, ensuring high accuracy and completeness.
