  • Investigate and resolve claim rejections, including eligibility, authorization, and coding issues
  • File appeals and resubmit corrected claims to recover reimbursement
  • Coordinate with billing, coding, and credentialing teams to clear issues blocking payment
  • Track follow-up activity and maintain accurate notes on every claim worked
  • Help reduce Days in AR (DAR) and improve collection rates for assigned accounts
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in every interaction

Must Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in medical billing AR follow-up or denial management (U.S. healthcare)
  • Strong understanding of insurance claim processes, EOB/ERA review, and denial management
  • Fluent written and spoken English; you'll be on calls and portals with U.S. insurance payers

  • Experience with U.S. billing/RCM software and clearinghouses
  • Working knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 codes
  • Experience handling Medicare and Medicaid claims specifically

We're looking for someone who stays on a claim until it's resolved, and keeps dozens of accounts organized at the same time.

Location, Schedule & Compensation

  • Office Location: Murree Road, Rawalpindi
  • PKR 60,000 to 120,000/month, based on experience and subject-matter expertise
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Pakistan Time); weekends off
  • Health insurance, food allowance, paid annual leave, and paid sick leave

Why WMB

  • Direct, hands-on experience resolving real U.S. insurance claims from day one
  • Structured onboarding and ongoing training in U.S. payer rules and denial management
  • A clear path to grow into senior AR, QA, or RCM team lead roles for people who perform
