Accounts Receivable Assistant

Jobs and responsibility include :

1.POS sales reconciliation (store-wise & online platform-wise)

2.Reconcile payment gateways (Network, Tabby, Tamara, Stripe, etc.)

3.Card settlement reconciliation (bank vs POS machine vs system sales)

4.Manage full AR cycle: invoicing, posting receipts, credit notes, and adjustments

5.Prepare and monthly Sales report to malls

6.Perform Bank Reconciliations

7.Prepare and coordinate for Mall Sales audit

8.Prepare AR Ageing reports and customer payment follow-ups.

9.Support month-end and year-end close procedures

10.Assist in Sales recon for VAT filings
