WHAT WE NEED:
The A/R Associate is responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services. This role will be responsible for managing incoming payments, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records to ensure timely collection of debts.
JOB DUTIES
·Process and manage invoices for customers.
·Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits and accounts receivable transactions.
·Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting customers via telephone, email and mail.
·Resolve payment discrepancies.
·Reconcile accounts and maintain accuracy of records.
·Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
·Support month-end and year-end closing processes and prepare financial and accounting reports as needed.
RELATED JOB REQUIREMENTS
·Strong mathematical skills
·Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.
·Experience with accounting software
·Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

-Associate’s degree or equivalent, strongly preferred but not required.
-1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable (or accounts payable).
-Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously must be demonstrated
-Ability to treat employees and customers ethically and fairly must be demonstrated
-Highly structured organizational skills

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
