BroCoTec, a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) headquartered in Houston, TX (Clear Lake Area), is seeking a reliable and organized Billing & Invoicing Specialist to support our growing team. This role combines front office responsibilities with basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing and bill payments.

Responsibilities
Billing & Invoicing
- Process and review invoices in ConnectWise Manage
- Manage customer billing and invoice corrections
- Sync and reconcile transactions between ConnectWise Manage and QuickBooks
- Apply payments, credits, and adjustments accurately
- Assist with accounts receivable and collections follow-up
- Create and manage purchase orders and vendor invoices
- Verify ticket completion prior to invoicing
- Work with technicians and account managers to resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain organized customer and accounting records
- Process vendor invoices and bills
- Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts
- Prepare and schedule vendor payments
- Track company expenses and approvals
Administrative
- Maintain organized digital and physical files
- Order office supplies and assist with general office tasks
Qualifications
- Working knowledge with QuickBooks Online is required
- Working knowledge with Connectwise Manage
- 2+ year of administrative or office experience preferred
- MSP or IT industry experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of invoicing or bookkeeping is required
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Friendly, professional communication skills
