Accounts Receivable Clerk

As we expand our presence in Qatar, we are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to support our finance team and ensure smooth cash flow operations.

Position Overview
The Accounts Receivable Clerk will play a key role in managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely collection of receivables. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain detailed records of transactions and payment status
• Prepare regular aging reports and assist in cash flow tracking
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding invoices and payments
• Support month-end closing and audit requirements
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve collection processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar finance role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and billing procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
