Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and result-driven Accounts Receivable & Collection Executive to manage customer invoicing, payment follow-ups, collections, account reconciliation, and receivable reporting. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments while maintaining strong customer relationships and accurate financial records in compliance with company policies and UAE financial regulations.

• Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
• Monitor customer accounts and track outstanding receivables
• Follow up with clients through calls, emails, and meetings for pending payments
• Prepare customer statements, aging reports, and collection reports
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Coordinate with sales and operations departments regarding payment issues
• Ensure timely allocation of customer payments in ERP/accounting system
• Prepare weekly and monthly collection status reports for management
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure smooth collections.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administation, Finance or Accounting

1-3 Years of UAE Experience

Female with Driving License Preferred

Arabic Speaking Mandatory
