We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Lead to oversee receivables management and ensure financial accuracy.

Role Overview

The Accounts Receivable Lead will be responsible for managing receivables processes, supervising collections, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership, and the ability to maintain healthy cash flow while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable operations, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
• Monitor outstanding balances and implement effective collection strategies.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve billing issues.
• Prepare monthly reports on receivables performance and aging analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Supervise and mentor accounts receivable staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Support audits and provide documentation as required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in receivables processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 5–8 years of experience in accounts receivable, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of receivables management, accounting principles, and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Pay: Up to RO1,450.000 per month
