To strengthen our finance team in Muscat, we are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee receivables and drive cash flow optimization.

Role Overview

The Accounts Receivable Manager will be responsible for managing receivables processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role requires leadership skills, financial expertise, and the ability to align receivables management with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the accounts receivable team to ensure timely collections.
• Oversee invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation processes.
• Develop and implement policies to improve receivables management.
• Monitor customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to optimize cash flow.
• Prepare receivables reports and present insights to senior leadership.
• Support audits and maintain accurate documentation.
• Mentor and develop staff to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and receivables processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RO1,650.000 per month
