Accounts Receivable Manager

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our credit and collections department in Ar Rayyan.

You will be the vital link between our sales success and our cash flow, ensuring that our partnerships are as financially sound as the security systems we provide.

Your Mission

• Revenue Management: Lead the full AR lifecycle, from accurate billing and invoicing to successful payment collection.
• Credit Strategy: Evaluate the creditworthiness of new clients and establish credit limits that balance growth with risk mitigation.
• Relationship Management: Maintain professional, high-touch communication with our diverse client base to ensure timely settlements while preserving long-term partnerships.
• Dispute Resolution: Act as a master problem-solver, working across departments to resolve billing discrepancies or service issues swiftly.
• Cash Forecasting: Provide the leadership team with accurate aging reports and cash inflow forecasts to drive strategic planning.
• Policy Innovation: Refine and implement robust credit and collection policies that align with the Qatari market's best practices.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 7+ years of experience in Finance, with a minimum of 3 years in a dedicated AR or Credit Management leadership role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Local Expertise: Strong knowledge of Qatar’s commercial laws, banking procedures, and VAT regulations.
• Negotiation Skills: A diplomatic yet firm communicator who can navigate complex collection conversations with ease.
• Technical Savvy: Proficiency in modern ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced data analysis skills in Excel.
• Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage in the local market.
