Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with customers for payments through WhatsApp, email, and phone calls
Handle Credflow for payment reminders, invoice sharing, and ledger confirmation
Maintain payment follow-up reports and summaries in Excel or Google Sheets
Share invoices, ledgers, and outstanding statements with customers
Basic document handling including scanning, organizing, and filing
Perform banking-related tasks such as cheque deposits and document submission
Requirements:
Familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets
Good communication and follow-up skills
Basic knowledge of accounts and payment processes
Ability to manage reminders and maintain accurate records
Freshers in the industry with knowledge or experience in accounts and client follow-ups can apply
Immediate joiners preferred
