Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Officer to manage invoicing, monitor customer accounts, and ensure timely collection of payments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company’s cash flow through effective receivables management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and generate accurate customer invoices in a timely manner
- Review invoices to ensure correctness, completeness, and compliance with company policies
- Send invoices to customers through appropriate communication channels
- Share payment links with customers and follow up for timely payments
- Issue payment reminders and maintain regular communication with clients regarding outstanding balances
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain proper records of billing and collections
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing information
- Assist in preparing accounts receivable reports and aging analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
