Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are Hiring AR Professionals for our US based Medical Billing team

About the Role:

We are looking for skilled Accounts Receivable Specialists with experience with multiple EHR's. Join a professional team to manage insurance claims, payment posting, AR follow-ups, and patient billing efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Verification of Benefits

Prepare and submit accurate insurance claims (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS)

Post payments and reconcile discrepancies

Monitor unpaid or denied claims and follow up for resolution

Communicate with patients regarding billing inquiries and payment plans

Maintain organized records and generate AR reports

Ensure compliance with billing regulations and best practices

Requirements:

2–3 years of Medical Billing

Should have grip on multiple EHR's

Knowledge of insurance claims, billing codes, and reimbursement processes

Sharp, quick learner with attention to detail and strong communication skills
