Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage the full cycle of accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate billing, timely collections and customer service. Your expertise will support our financial health and contribute to the smooth operation of our property management and HOA divisions.

Duties

• Process and monitor all incoming payments using CINC Software. We will teach the software.
• Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy of receivables and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Manage customer accounts by generating invoices, statements, and collection notices aligned with NRS 1116.
• Communicate effectively with clients via phone or email to follow up on overdue accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, and maintain positive relationships.
• Preparing reports related to accounts receivable aging and revenue cycle management.
• Support audit processes by providing documentation related to accounts receivable transactions and ensuring adherence to financial concepts.
• Requirements
• Proven experience in accounts receivable functions within a professional accounting environment.
• Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy (10 key typing proficiency).
• Ability to analyze financial data critically and perform detailed account analysis.
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent phone etiquette for effective customer service interactions.

Pay: $19.63 - $22.66 per hour
