We are looking for a detail-oriented Ads & Account Review Operator to manage and review user account openings and advertisements through our admin dashboard. The ideal candidate is highly skilled, professional, and comfortable working in a rotating shift environment. Prior experience is not required, provided the candidate demonstrates strong capability and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve user account opening requests in accordance with company policies
• Review, monitor, and approve advertisements submitted by users
• Operate and manage tasks through the admin dashboard
• Ensure all ads and accounts comply with platform guidelines and quality standards
• Identify, flag, and report suspicious or non-compliant activity
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times
• Communicate clearly with internal teams when escalations are required

Working Schedule

• Rotational shifts (shift timings will vary)

Requirements

• Strong professionalism and attention to detail
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required
• Additional languages are a plus
• Strong computer and dashboard navigation skills
• Ability to follow guidelines and make consistent decisions
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently

Experience

• Previous experience is not required
• Highly skilled and capable candidates are encouraged to apply

• Familiarity with online platforms or admin dashboards
• Basic understanding of digital ads or content moderation
