Job Title: Accounts Specialist (Real estate)

Department: Accounts & Finance

Location: Near Minerva Circle, VV Puram

Job Summary

We are seeking an Accounts Specialist with strong experience in GST, TDS, RERA compliance, and real estate documentation. The role includes handling accounting operations along with property-related agreements, registrations, and coordination with stakeholders and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Statutory Compliance

  • Manage daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare and file GST returns, handle input credit reconciliation, and ensure compliance.
  • Calculate, deduct, and file TDS as per statutory guidelines.
  • Assist in monthly closing, bank reconciliation, and preparation of financial reports.
  • Maintain records of vendor invoices, payments, and petty cash.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain property sale deeds, agreements, MOUs, power of attorney, and other legal documents.
  • Maintain documentation for land purchase, sales, customer agreements, and partner agreements.
  • Handle RERA project registration, updates, and ongoing compliance requirements.
  • Prepare and upload quarterly project updates, financial statements, and mandatory declarations on the RERA portal.
  • Coordinate with legal teams, project teams, and auditors for timely RERA submissions.
  • Maintain accurate RERA records, approvals, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings with stakeholders, customers, vendors, and business partners.
  • Follow up on pending documentation, payments, and approvals.
  • Support management in financial analysis related to property transactions.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in accounting, preferably in real estate or construction.
  • Working knowledge of GST, TDS, RERA, and real estate documentation processes.
  • Proficiency in Tally and MS Office.
  • Strong communication, document management, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle deadlines, field visits (if required), and confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
