Accounts & Taxation Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts & Taxation Executive with strong expertise in CRM software Power BI Tally and taxation. The ideal candidate should have 5–6 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and data analysis, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce .

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally and CRM software.

* Prepare and maintain financial statements ledgers, and reconciliations.

* Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.

* Generate MIS reports and perform financial data analysis using Power BI.

* Monitor accounts receivable/payable and ensure timely billing and payments.

* Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

* Collaborate with management to analyze financial trends and support decision-making.

* Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits.

* Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and tax authorities when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* *Education:* B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) or higher.

* *Experience:* 5–6 years in accounting, finance, or MIS reporting.

* *Software Skills:*

* *Tally ERP / Tally Prime*

* *Power BI* for data visualization and dashboarding

* *CRM Software* (any major platform)

* *Knowledge of:* GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.

* Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

* Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
