Phoenix Greens School of Learning is inviting applications from qualified and experienced PGT Accounts teachers to join our academic team for Classes 11 & 12.

Position: PGT Accounts

Classes: XI & XII

Experience Required: 3–5 years (CBSE or similar curriculum)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Mandatory Qualifications:

• M.Com / MBA (Finance) / M.A. in Economics or relevant postgraduate qualification
• B.Ed (Mandatory)
• Experience in teaching Accounts for Classes 11 & 12
• Sound knowledge of CBSE curriculum and assessment patterns

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Accounts effectively to Classes XI & XII
• Plan and deliver engaging, concept-based lessons
• Prepare students for board examinations
• Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments
• Evaluate answer scripts and maintain academic records
• Use innovative teaching methodologies and digital tools
• Participate in academic planning, meetings, and trainings
• Communicate student progress regularly with parents
• Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong subject knowledge in Financial Accounting, Costing, and Accounting Principles
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Ability to simplify complex concepts
• Student-centric and result-oriented teaching approach
• Proficiency in using smart boards and educational technology
• Time management and organizational skills
• Commitment to academic excellence and school values
