Accounts Trainee

Job Summary

The trainee would work with the team leads and assist them in handling the operational functions.

The trainee will also get exposure into the finance functions as he/she will get a chance to visit client places. The internship will be for six months which would include exposure into various fields like, accounting, payroll, statutory compliance like PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc, TDS, GST and many more. Based on the performance, we might offer employment offer.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Tally data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement, and preparation of debtors / creditors statements.
• Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payments.
• Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc.
• Thorough with statutory compliance of deducted and collected taxes viz GST
• TDS and Profession tax.
• Filing returns for e-TDS, GST, Profession tax.
• Business registration applications – Shop Act, PT, etc
• Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

· Self motivated and ability to work without supervision

· Good verbal and written English communication

· Mobility and willingness to visit client offices as and when required
