Accounts Trainer

• Conduct training sessions on Accounting fundamentals, Financial Management, Taxation, GST, Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting tools/software.
• Develop and update training modules, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Provide practical case studies and exercises for better understanding of financial concepts.
• Assess trainee performance through tests, assignments, and feedback sessions.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting standards, taxation policies, and software updates.
• Offer one-on-one guidance to trainees when required.
• Collaborate with the HR/Training team to schedule sessions and maintain training records.
• Ensure training outcomes meet organizational or academic objectives.
