Accounts/invoicing/billing assistant

We are a UK based Import & Export Freight & Logistics company.

We have a new space available for an accounts/invoicing/billing assistant

The successful candidate should have:

1- Accounts/invoicing/billing experience on Quickbooks

2- High level mathematics and calculating ability and attention to detail

3- Experienced in working with numbers, formulas, invoices receivable and payable.

4- Fast speed learning ability of complex processes (will be tested before hiring)
5- Fast speed worker on all online tasks given (will be tested before hiring)
6- High level computer skills (will be tested before hiring)
7- High level English speaking & full communication (will be tested before hiring)

The successful candidate is preferred to have:

Past living or working experience in the UK and good knowledge of UK lifestyle and system rules and regulations.

Job includes:
1- Managing accounts/invoicing/billing.

2- Emails, phone calls, team work, customer service.

3- Accounting, payment recovery.

4- Logistics software/application management.

5- Data entry, document checking, application forms data entry.

All work will be online from home location.

Fast, stable internet connection and electricity system required 24 hours 7 days a week.

Working hours will be:

according to UK Time approx. between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday.

12 hours per day.

Our job is not simple copy paste work. It requires long (approx. 3-6 months) and complex training to be given to the successful candidate and we will provide it, so the salary will be increased after training.

We require 5-10 year minimum commitment to work with us from the successful candidate as we are investing in the training.

Salary will be discussed after selection of candidate.
We may request you to visit our local Pakistan representative in person for interview.

Pay: From Rs90,000.00 per month
