Manager Accounts & Payroll

*Managing billing and payroll processing for 130+ clients and 1,000+ employees on a monthly basis.

*Preparing salary consolidation statements and coordinating bank transfers in scheduled lots as per management approvals.

*Conducting monthly salary reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

*Ensuring timely submission of client bills and E-Bills along with requisite supporting documents.

*Handling Accounts Payables (AP) and Accounts Receivables (AR) with precision.

*Raising and validating customer invoices while ensuring all SLA commitments are met.

*Filing of GST, PT, PF, ESI, and TDS returns; coordinating with auditors for statutory filings and compliance.

*Conducting arrears calculations for DA revisions in line with government notifications.

*Managing Record-to-Report (R2R) processes along with petty cash handling.

*Preparing and administering Bonus, Earned Leave (EL), and National & Festival Holiday (NFH) calculations.

*Co-ordinating with HR payroll and accounts executive in day-to-day operations.

*Ensuring quality control in all financial processes, particularly in invoice generation and salary processing.
