Responsibilities:
Responsible for the timely completion of assigned activities pertaining to ACH processing and operations. Ensures accurate and compliant execution of assigned tasks, maintaining operational excellence, and providing a satisfactory member experience. Demonstrates understanding of ACH processes and a commitment to focus on providing a first contact resolution.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Two years of financial institution experience with general knowledge of payments is required.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Must be able to perform in a fast-paced multi-tasked environment with high attention to detail.

Must be able to work well in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent customer service skills.

- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.

Must be able to read, write, speak, and type English.
