AC/HVAC technicians

Job description

In

• nstall HVAC systems including air conditioners, heaters, ventilation units, ductwork, and related components according to specifications and safety standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and manufacturer instructions to determine the layout and installation procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance such as replacing filters, cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting electrical components.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems using testing equipment and diagnostic tools.
• Repair or replace defective parts, such as motors, thermostats, compressors, relays, fans, and valves.
• Test systems for proper operation, temperature control, and efficiency following maintenance or repair.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and part usage.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant safety standards, codes, and environmental regulations.
• Provide professional and courteous service to clients, explaining issues and recommending solutions when necessary.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and technologies related to HVAC systems.

Experience:

• 2 years at least
