ACO/GPO Healthcare Sales Representative

About Edify One

Edify One is a vertically integrated hemp wellness company built on a "Seed to Self" philosophy — we control every step from cultivation to the finished product. Our lab-tested, federally compliant CBD gummies, tinctures, and topicals are trusted by thousands of customers nationwide. As the healthcare landscape evolves, we're moving aggressively into the institutional market and looking for the right person to lead that charge.

The Opportunity

A historic shift is underway. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has launched a pilot program allowing participating Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) to provide eligible Medicare beneficiaries with up to $500 per year in qualifying hemp-derived CBD products — at no cost to the patient. This creates a massive, first-mover opportunity for compliant, high-quality hemp brands.

We're looking for a driven, connected sales professional who understands the healthcare procurement landscape and can open doors with ACOs, GPOs, and the physician networks and health systems that power them. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build something significant.

What You'll Do

Identify, target, and cultivate relationships with ACOs participating in the CMS ACO REACH Model, Enhancing Oncology Model, and LEAD Model. Prospect and engage Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) to establish Edify One as a preferred or approved supplier. Educate healthcare decision-makers on the CMS Substance Access Beneficiary Engagement Incentive (BEI) and how Edify's product line fits their compliance and clinical needs. Work closely with our team to ensure our products meet all program requirements. Develop and manage a pipeline of ACO and health system accounts through the full sales cycle from outreach to contract. Represent Edify One at healthcare conferences, trade events, and industry meetings. Provide market intelligence on competitors, GPO landscape changes, and regulatory developments. Collaborate internally on product positioning, pricing strategy, and compliance documentation needed for institutional buyers.

Who You Are

Ideal background includes one or more of the following: prior experience selling to or working within ACOs, GPOs, IDNs (Integrated Delivery Networks), or health systems; background in healthcare supply chain, pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, or nutraceutical/supplement B2B sales; existing relationships with GPO or ACO procurement teams, clinical directors, or physician group administrators; familiarity with CMS Innovation Center models such as ACO REACH or the Enhancing Oncology Model; or experience in the hemp, CBD, or cannabis industry on the compliance and B2B side.

You're a strong candidate if you understand how healthcare purchasing decisions are made at the organizational level, are comfortable navigating long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, can translate product compliance details into terms healthcare buyers need, are self-motivated and thrive in a startup environment, and have a network you can activate immediately.

Qualifications

3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, nutraceuticals, or a related field. Demonstrated track record of closing institutional or enterprise-level accounts. Strong communication and presentation skills — comfortable presenting to C-suite executives, clinical directors, and procurement managers. Familiarity with federal hemp regulations (2018 Farm Bill compliance, THC thresholds, labeling requirements) is a plus. Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Compensation

Compensation is competitive and structured to reward performance. We offer a base salary during an initial ramp period, transitioning to a commission-heavy structure as accounts are established. Deal sizes in this market are substantial, and total earning potential reflects that. Specific details will be discussed during the interview process based on your experience and the value you bring.

Why Edify One

Ground-floor opportunity in an emerging institutional market. Vertically integrated supply chain — we control quality and stand behind our products. Full third-party lab testing and compliance documentation ready for institutional buyers. Flexible, remote-first work environment. A fast-moving team that supports big thinking.

To Apply

Submit your resume along with a brief note about your relevant experience and any existing relationships that would be valuable in this role. Applications without context will be deprioritized — we want to know why you're the right person for this specific
