About This Role:


HLT is looking for an AI-forward Acquisition Marketing Manager to own our top-of-funnel engine and accelerate growth across our suite of healthcare education apps, including NCLEX Mastery and FNP Mastery.


In this role, you’ll drive paid and organic acquisition, optimize our website and SEO, manage app store presence, and leverage AI to scale initiatives across channels. This is a high-autonomy role where your work will directly drive growth and help millions of aspiring healthcare professionals every month.


What You’ll Do:


Top-of-Funnel Growth
  • Own and execute top-of-funnel strategies across paid, organic, website, and app store channels.
  • Design growth experiments that drive high-quality leads, app installs, and conversion.
  • Build multi-channel campaigns (paid social, SEM, ASO, content, lifecycle) and manage contractors supporting execution.


Website, Branding & SEO
  • Optimize website experience: user journeys, CRO, lead capture, and funnel performance.
  • Define branding strategy to unify multiple products under the HLT Mastery umbrella.
  • Lead SEO strategy: keyword roadmap, content alignment, on-page improvements, and technical SEO.
  • Build and test landing pages, forms, and lead magnets to maximize conversions.


AI-Forward Marketing & Content
  • Operate and evolve an AI marketing stack for research, targeting, content creation, personalization, and automation
  • Build marketing assets faster and smarter with AI: landing pages, ads, webinar funnels, ebooks and more.
  • Champion AI adoption across the team to increase speed, reduce cost, and expand experimentation


Analytics & Optimization
  • Build dashboards to monitor campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Analyze trends, optimize campaigns, and identify scalable growth opportunities.
  • Maintain clean data, accurate attribution, and effective automation workflows.


Qualifications
:


  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or acquisition
  • Deep expertise across paid media, organic channels, SEO, website optimization, and analytics.
  • Thrives in a small, fast-moving team, and can build scalable systems from scratch.
  • Highly analytical with a passion for data, dashboards, and measuring impact.
  • Highly creative with strong skills in brand storytelling and content.
  • Fluent in AI tools and excited to build an AI-enabled marketing funnel.
  • Full-funnel thinker who understands how every channel, campaign, and asset contributes to overall growth.
