What You’re Signing Up For

You will:

  • Make 50–100 calls a day to mobile home park owners
  • Get ignored, hung up on, and told “no” constantly
  • Drive across North Carolina chasing leads others won’t
  • Knock on doors when people don’t answer
  • Follow up until deals happen
  • Build and manage your own pipeline inside a CRM
  • Research and track down owner's contact information online

You are not analyzing deals.

You are creating them out of thin air.


The Mission

Find off-market mobile home park deals before anyone else.

That’s it.


What You Get Paid

  • $50,000 base
  • $100 per lot acquired
  • $5,000 per deal closed
  • Health benefits and 401k plan available after 90 days

Close 5–10 deals/year and you’re well into six figures.

Don’t produce don’t earn.


Non-Negotiables

  • Reliable vehicle (you will be on the road constantly)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Comfortable using a CRM to track leads and follow-ups
  • Ability to build your own database of owners and prospects
  • Strong online research skills (skip tracing, public records, etc.)
