Acrylic Fabricator

Qualifications:

Operate laser cutting and CNC machines for acrylic fabrication

• Prepare accurate cutting files using CorelDraw, AutoCAD, or Illustrator
• Cut, bend, polish, and assemble acrylic parts as per project needs
• Read and understand technical drawings or sketches
• Ensure quality and accuracy of the final product
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in acrylic fabrication
• Must know how to prepare cutting files for acrylic cutting
• Hands-on experience with laser/CNC machines
• Knowledge of tools used for acrylic bending and polishing
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Experience in 3D letter moulding, acrylic, metal, and signage fabrication
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements accurately
• Skilled in using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, assemble, and finish acrylic components as per project specifications.
• Operate and maintain tools and machinery such as laser cutters, routers, and heat benders.
• Heat and mold acrylic to form 3D letters and other custom shapes
• Understanding of acrylic materials and proper handling techniques
• Interpret technical drawings, measurements, and design blueprints.
• Ensure high-quality standards in cutting, bonding, and polishing acrylic materials.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company safety protocols.
