Acrylic Fabricator

We are looking for a skilled Acrylic Fabricator / Finishing Carpenter to join our growing team in the Advertising, Signage, and Display industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in acrylic fabrication, a strong eye for detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality components. This role involves operating machinery, assembling display elements, and ensuring every product meets our exacting standards. Immediate availability is preferred for candidates ready to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Precisely fabricate and assemble acrylic letters and display components, ensuring clean glue application and high-quality finishes.
• Prepare and load raw materials and components for machine processing.
• Accurately measure and mark cutting lines based on design specifications.
• Operate fabrication machinery and carry out manual assembly tasks.
• Inspect components to ensure proper alignment and dimensional accuracy.
• Perform test runs to check equipment setup and functionality.
• Monitor machine operations continuously and make real-time adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform regular quality checks and measurements on finished products to maintain standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
• Follow supervisor instructions and work collaboratively with the team to meet production deadlines and quality goals.

Requirements:

• Diploma in a Technical Field or relevant vocational training.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Acrylic Fabrication, Signage, or Display Manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering top-quality results.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements accurately.
• Proficiency with hand tools and machinery used in acrylic fabrication.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
