Acrylic Production Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Acrylic Production Manager to lead and manage our acrylic manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will oversee production planning, supervise workshop teams, ensure quality standards, control costs, and deliver projects on time while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day acrylic production operations, including cutting, bending, bonding, polishing, and finishing
• Plan and schedule production activities to meet delivery timelines and project requirements
• Supervise production staff, technicians, and machine operators
• Ensure product quality meets company and client standards
• Monitor material usage, reduce waste, and control production costs
• Coordinate with Sales, Design, and Procurement teams for smooth project execution
• Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of CNC routers, laser machines, and acrylic fabrication equipment
• Implement health & safety procedures within the workshop
• Prepare production reports and track KPIs (output, efficiency, quality, downtime)

Requirements

• Proven experience in acrylic production or related manufacturing field
• Strong knowledge of acrylic fabrication techniques and materials
• Experience managing production teams in a workshop or factory environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production specifications
• Good planning, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with CNC / laser cutting machines is a strong advantage
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in Qatar or GCC manufacturing environment is an advantage
