Role: Actimize Lead

10+ Years of experience in Actimize Development.

IFM (Integrated Fraud Management).
AIS (Actimize Intelligence Server).
SAM (Suspicious Activity Monitoring).
RCM (Risk Case Manager).
CDD / KYC / Watchlist Filtering.
Own solution architecture, configuration, deployment, and performance tuning.
Define best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines for Actimize platforms.
Drive platform upgrades, patching, and migrations (on prem / cloud / hybrid)

Actimize Rule Authoring.
Actimize Model configuration.
Java, SQL, Unix/Linux scripting.
Actimize data models and schema customization.
Customize alert workflows, scenarios, thresholds, and case management.
Integrate Actimize with upstream/downstream banking systems and data sources.
Perform performance optimization, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Support UAT, production deployment, and post production stabilization.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management.
Lead and mentor Actimize developers and analysts.
Act as primary point of contact for Actimize platform matters.
Provide technical oversight to vendors and offshore teams.
Drive project delivery, risk mitigation, and timelines.
Facilitate design reviews and executive level presentations

Actimize Expertise.
7+ years of NICE Actimize experience (AML and/or Fraud)

Transaction Monitoring.
Fraud Detection.
Watchlist Filtering.
Case Management & Alert Workflows.
Strong experience working with AIS & IFM architecture

Java / J2EE.
SQL / PL SQL.
Unix/Linux.
Actimize internal frameworks and scripting.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and Git based version control

Strong understanding of Banking & Financial Services.
AML, KYC, Fraud, Sanctions, and Regulatory Compliance experience.
Knowledge of model governance and validation processes
