Position Overview
As an integral part of the company, The Activation and Fulfillment team ensures that customers are highly regarded and receive exceptional service. The Activation and Fulfillment Associate is responsible for delivering a full range of support, services and assistance to our customers via telephone and email in relation to contract/order verification. The person in this role supports processes that affect the revenue growth of the company.

Review, validate, and activate customer orders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
- Manage opportunities, accounts, and cases within Salesforce to maintain data integrity and support reporting needs.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to resolve shipping issues, including missing or damaged items, returns, and delivery delays, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Investigate customer issues, provide timely follow-up, and escalate complex concerns to appropriate internal teams to ensure resolution.
- Assist with contract management, service agreements, and documentation for large or enterprise-level accounts.
- Support system enhancements, workflow automation, and process optimization initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required; B.A or B.S. preferred
- Minimum of 3-4 years of customer facing work experience with track record of success
- Experience with Salesforce.com or another CRM solution is highly desired
- Ability to effectively support all levels within a customer organization
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to partner with vendors, customers and employees in a tactful, poised and organized fashion
- Proven problem solving and decision-making skills a must
- Highly responsive, self-motivated and able to act on own initiative
- Commitment to follow up and follow through
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain quality work is a must
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to learn new technology applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
