Location:Boxford, Massachusetts

Schedule:Part time: 27 hrs/weekTuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay:$30-35/hr

About the Children:

Child A (5 years old): Bright, curious, and full of energy, he has an adventurous spirit and a love for exploration. He thrives with engaging interaction, imaginative play, and outdoor activities, and benefits from a nanny who can match his enthusiasm while also encouraging moments of independent play.

Child B (3 years old): Sweet-natured and thoughtful, with a gentle and easygoing personality. He enjoys both active play and quieter activities, and is currently working through potty training. He attends a part-time program Tuesday–Thursday mornings.

Newborn (arriving soon): The family is expecting a newborn, and the role will evolve over time with a team-oriented approach as we adjust to becoming a family of five. Mom will be on maternity leave from work, home with newborn, until December 2026.

Requirements:

• Clean driving record and ability to drive children to/from activities and school
• Comfortable swimming (family has a pool)
• Comfortable working in a screen-free environment (no phone use outside of communication/emergencies; no AirPods/earbuds while working)
• Comfortable with a parent working from home
• NO pets in the home

Responsibilities: The children will be the primary focus of nanny. When children are napping and/or mom is around and supporting, nanny will engage the stated household tasks.

Structure of care (Post–December 2026):

After mom returns from maternity leave, care will shift to:

• Morning: newborn only
• Midday: newborn + 3 year old
• Afternoon: all three children

Childcare:

• Provide attentive, active care for all children
• Support potty training for the 3-year-old
• Engage children in both indoor and outdoor play
• Maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing environment

Daily Tasks:

• Prepare simple, healthy meals and snacks (grilled cheese, quesadillas, reheating leftovers, etc.)
• Tidy up after meals
• Unload dishwasher
• Children’s laundry
• End-of-day toy and playroom cleanup (children typically participate in one large cleanup)

Important Notes:

• NO vaccines required
• This is a predominantly screen-free household
• Mom is currently on maternity leave until December 2026 and works from home
• The children are very active and adventurous
• Opportunity for additional hours may be available but is not required

Pay: $35.00 per hour
