Activities Director

Lemon Grove Care & Rehab is looking for a caring and compassionate assistant in our team!

This is a full time, on site position.

This is a position on our Interdisciplinary Management Team.

As an Activities Director, you will plan, develop, organize, implement, supervise, and evaluate the activities program of this facility. You will encourage resident participation through regular room visits. As you befriend and spend time with each resident, you will identify social and physical needs which you will try to meet through the creation of catered activities.

You will play an important part of each residents' day and can greatly aid with their overall contentment, happiness, and rehabilitation.

This is can be a very rewarding position for those who compassionately use ingenuity combined with consistency & effort.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
