About Michael Jordan College Prep

We have been the leading provider of in-home, 1-on-1 test prep in the DFW area for over a decade. We work with motivated students pursuing top scores on the SAT, PSAT, and ACT, and we hire only exceptional educators who thrive in a high-expectation, client-facing environment.

What You'll Do

• Tutor students one-on-one in their homes across North DFW (occasional online sessions)
• Cover all sections of the SAT/PSAT and ACT
• Work 4 to 20 hours per week on a flexible schedule you help set
• Build trusted relationships with students and their families

Compensation

• $40/hr starting rate, with a path to $60/hr based on performance
• Paid training and ongoing professional development
• Regular feedback and tutor reviews to support your growth

You Must Have

• At least 1 year of tutoring or teaching experience (1-on-1 strongly preferred)
• A personal SAT score of 1400+ or ACT score of 32+ (required — include your scores in your application)
• Reliable transportation to travel to student homes in North DFW
• Availability to tutor through at least June 2027
