Acupuncturist

Licensed Acupuncturist (W2) — Integrative Clinic in Portland

Johns Landing, Portland, OR | Part-time (25 hrs/week to start, room to grow)

Part-Time Acupuncturist — Room to Grow

Attunement Wellness is a thriving integrative clinic in Portland’s Johns Landing neighborhood. Our chiropractic and massage practices are well-established, and we’re hiring a Licensed Acupuncturist (LAc) to expand our acupuncture services alongside them.

This is a 25-hour-per-week role to start (Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays), with a clear path forward: grow into full-time as your schedule fills, or stay part-time long-term while we bring on additional providers. You’ll receive a steady stream of in-house referrals from our chiropractor and LMTs, plus warm word-of-mouth from our established patient base. Realistically, building a consistent caseload takes time, strong clinical communication, and follow-through — but you won’t be starting from scratch, and you won’t be doing it alone.

If you want to practice excellent acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in a warm, collaborative setting alongside a chiropractor and massage therapists — with real infrastructure behind you and room to shape your own caseload — keep reading.

Why Attunement Wellness

  • Warm in-house referral pipeline. — Receive a steady flow of in-house referrals from our chiropractor and LMTs — neck and back pain, MVA patients, headache and migraine sufferers, prenatal patients, athletes and weekend warriors, stress and sleep concerns, women’s health, and the full spectrum of pain and wellness cases.

Start at 25 hrs/week with a clear path to full-time as your schedule fills — or stay part-time long-term while we add additional providers. Healthcare benefits available once you reach 32 hours/week. Competitive base plus performance structure — details discussed in interview.
  • Mentorship-friendly. — New grads welcome — we invest in clinical development, mentoring, and team learning.
  • No high-pressure sales culture. — We recommend what patients actually need. Period.
