Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with a range of acute medical issues promptly and effectively
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and best practices
• Interpret and analyze diagnostic tests and imaging results to guide clinical decisions
• Provide critical care during emergencies, stabilizing and managing acutely ill patients
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families regarding their conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures
• Engage in clinical research and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical records and documentation in accordance with regulations
  
  

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Acute Medicine or a related specialty
• Current and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an acute care setting
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make high-stakes decisions under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
• Team-oriented mindset, capable of working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
