Job Summary
mTouch Labs is looking for an experienced and results-driven Ad Campaigning Executive/Manager with 5–8 years of proven expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, strategic thinking ability, and hands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute end-to-end advertising campaigns across digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and offline channels when required.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tracking platforms.
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, keyword research, audience targeting, and creative adjustments.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
- Lead performance marketing initiatives including PPC, display, retargeting, and social media advertising.
- Ensure campaigns align with overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights to senior management.
- Stay updated with industry trends, ad platform updates, and emerging marketing technologies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5–6 years of hands-on experience in advertising campaign management.
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, display advertising, and social media marketing.
- Experience managing substantial ad budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certifications.
- Experience in performance marketing for [industry – optional].
- Experience handling agency or in-house marketing teams.
